Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from SparshArte (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-volume seasons may require additional processing time.
1.3 Customized, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require 2–4 additional days depending on design and materials.


2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 We currently ship to all deliverable pincodes within India.
2.2 International shipping is available only on prior request. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees shall be borne by the customer.


3. Shipping Methods & Charges

3.1 Orders are shipped through recognized courier partners including but not limited to Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, and India Post.
3.2 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, weight, and serviceability.
3.3 We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999, unless otherwise specified during promotions.
3.4 Cash-on-Delivery (COD), if offered, may carry an additional fee of ₹40–₹60.


4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

4.1 Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  1. Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  2. Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
  3. Remote / Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

4.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, remote area constraints, or unforeseen delays.
4.3 SparshArte shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our reasonable control.


5. Tracking Information

5.1 After your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification containing the tracking ID and courier name.
5.2 You may track your shipment using the link provided or by visiting the courier’s tracking page.


6. Incorrect or Insufficient Address

6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
6.2 If an order is returned due to incorrect address, multiple delivery attempts, or unavailability of the customer:

  1. Reshipping charges will apply.
  2. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting shipping and return charges.

7. Delivery Attempts

7.1 Most courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times.
7.2 If the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be marked as undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

8.1 If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photographs.

  • Claims raised without proof may not be eligible for replacement/refund.

8.2 In case a shipment is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be provided after verification with the courier partner.


9. Non-Serviceable Locations

9.1 If your pincode becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we will contact you within 24 hours.
9.2 You may choose to:

  1. Provide an alternative address, or
  2. Cancel the order for a full refund.

10. Delivery Delays

10.1 SparshArte will not be liable for delays caused by:

  1. Force Majeure events (natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, etc.)
  2. Operational delays by courier companies
  3. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

10.2 No compensation shall be provided for any such delays.
